OUR STORYOur story began with John’s lifelong dream of being a farmer. Just a few years ago, the Lord provided the opportunity to buy a beautiful piece of property a few miles from Hardy, Arkansas. With time, our dream has grown to include raising and processing our own poultry, as well as raising beef and pork on pasture. Our children and grandchildren help us in this endeavor.

What we do. |
We follow Joel Salatin’s methods of integrated farming to give our animals a natural, healthy, happy life. We raise them humanely and wholesomely in green pastures. They never have to endure crowded, manure-piled feed lots; they are not pumped up with hormones nor injected with saline solution; they are not routinely dosed with antibiotics or other chemicals. Their feed is wholesome, organic, and non-GMO.

Why it matters. |
This natural, wholistic lifestyle gives our livestock a natural vigor which is passed on to you through their meat—what is called “living food”. Scientific studies verify that it is higher in CLAs, amino acids, and Omega 3s than meat that is raised the modern mass-market way. Ours, raised the old-fashioned way, is the kind of meat that gave our forefathers the strength and vigor to carve out a mighty nation.
